The Action Pact

Our mission is to provide an affordable dance school with a family atmosphere where performance opportunities, academic excellence, and non-discrimination are all priorities. Our qualified instructors will recognize, nurture, and encourage each student’s talent to mold and develop responsible, well-rounded individuals who have the potential to succeed in any field.

The original and first Action Dance School opened in Sumner, WA, the summer of 1984 under the direction of Ilauna Rodvelt-Gamlieli. News article here.

The original Action Dance has relocated twice...

once to the state of Oregon and then to the state of Arizona in the city of Surprise. The original school is now closed in preparation for a return to WA with Miss Ilauna.

Action Dance Academy opened its doors in Tacoma on September 5th, 2006 as Action Dance of Tacoma. In July of 2008, the Harbor Conservatory of Dance, Inc joined the Action Dance Academy family.

For a brief period of time were three locations open simultaneously.

A new third location is planned for the Puget Sound.

A variety of classes are available to students ages 2 thru adults.
