Cardio Barre Yoga (Gig Harbor
Campus Only)- is an exhilarating core workout that will transform your body into
one of equal balance, strength and flexibility. This class combines the
discipline of classic ballet barre exercises with Power Yoga and Pilates for a
fun, challenging, high energy workout. Ballet training not necessary.
Stretch
and Strengthen– physically
conditioning the dancer’s body to enhance their performance level. Isometrics,
aerobics, toning, Pilates, and yoga movements are incorporated.
