Drop in classes are $15 per class.

Tuition is charged monthly and is based on an average of 36 or more classes per year (this includes the annual production, dress rehearsal, and studio rehearsals, three of the most important lessons all year). Tuition is due in advance and by the 1st of each month. Tuition will increase by $10 if not paid in full by the 10th of the month. Additional $10 charges will accrue each month following, as long as the full amount of tuition due has not been paid in full.  Any dancer starting classes in the middle of the month will receive a pro-rated tuition rate for that month only. Classes may be combined or canceled if our minimum enrollment requirement is not met. In this case make-up classes may be given. TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Auto-Payment - Dancers on auto-payment will enjoy a discounted tuition and will side step late fees by having tuition and required fees paid automatically. Therefore, auto-payment by debiting a bank account is encouraged. Dancers may also use a debit/credit card for auto-payment. Please remember that all debit/credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% fee. Dancers on auto-payment will be charged for tuition and all other required fees. To enroll, the account-holder must complete the Auto-Pay Enrollment Form.

Withdrawal and Refunds - There is a two-month minimum for all lessons. One-month notice from the 1st of the month is required to discontinue any classes. Withdrawal must be done in person and will not be accepted over the phone. Withdrawal must be done at the school office and not with the teacher. No withdrawals will be accepted after April 1st. To withdraw from classes the account holder must:

1. Inform school administration in person, and

2. Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the school office.

No refunds will be given for costume fees after December 10th. Action Dance Academy reserves the right to terminate lessons for any dancers without notice. In such a case a refund for unused lessons will be given. Tuition is non-refundable.
